Your Questions Answered

Is Zen Zen legit?

Yes — and fair question.

Right now, Zen Zen sells digital photo products that support photographers in Japan.
We also have a history of giving back to Japanese non-profits through past projects, and we run clearly defined, transparent giveaways alongside our products.

We publish real winners, fulfill what we promise, and keep everything as open as possible so you always know what you’re entering and what you’re getting.

How can I win?

There’s are a couple of ways you can win one of our once in a lifetime trips to Japan. You can make a purchase from our store and earn one entry for every dollar spent. If that’s not for you, we also have an alternative method of entry in our official rules. It’s that easy! For the full rules go to zenzen.cc/rules

Are Zen Zen giveaways a scam?

Nope.

We work with a third-party sweepstakes company to run our giveaways legally and fairly. Winners are real, published publicly, and all the rules are clearly outlined.

No funny business.

When is the winner selected?

The giveaway ends on December 31st, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST.

Following the close of the giveaway, the selected winner will be notified by email and telephone within five (5) days.

If the selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or does not complete the required documentation within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize award is subject to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

How did Zen Zen get started?

Zen Zen began with a simple idea: bring more people closer to the magic of Japan while directly supporting the people who make that magic possible.

Our love for Japan grew through its culture, people, food, nature, and history — the everyday moments, not just the big landmarks. We wanted to create something that helps others connect with those same experiences while contributing back to the communities behind them.

Our goal has always been twofold — to inspire people to experience Japan for themselves, and to give back to the people and places that make it so special.
